"How long does shipping take?" "When will my parcel arrive?"

All orders placed are sent the next day except Sundays.

Orders in the UK are posted by the courier you choose: Royal Mail or EVRI.

  • Royal Mail 1st class service - You will receive your order with 1-3 working days from dispatch.
  • Insured EVRI Tracked Shipping 1st class (1-3 working days)
  • Standard UK FREE Shipping Royal Mail 48 2nd class (2-5 working days)

Orders placed in Europe, USA and all International countries can choose:

  • Royal Mail Europe Tracked Mail (3-5 working days)
  • Royal Mail USA & "Rest of the World" Tracked Mail (Up to 7 business days)

BurnMyMood was named to symbolised taking control of your mind. Get in the driving seat, and control how you react to intense emotions, anxiety, bad habits and try natural remedies to uplift your mood and have a happier mindset. I have customers who suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder and more. They enjoy using natural remedies however I have a lot of customers who enjoy my brand, and just love natural home fragrances.

 

"Do Essential Oils work?"

Essential Oils work on your Limbic system which affects how you feel. These natural herbal oils are incredibly therapeutic, you use them as a natural remedy and they have so many uses including aromatherapy. A Limbic system is a working operation in your brain that makes you feel different. The limbic system is linked to your emotions, heart rate, your blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress and your hormone balance. Find your perfect essential oil HERE!

 

"How is BurnMyMood ecofriendly?"

All purchases are sent in recyclable and reusable packaging. Cardboard boxes are used to protect your items in the delivery process. The brown tape is paper / masking tape which is much more sustainable than using the regular plastic tape, this is used to prevent breakages in the delivery process. Hand written paper thank you cards are included in your order, and also printed recyclable branded tracing paper adds our touch to represent the brand as well as being eco friendly. Zero tolerance for plastics, we even stock Bamboo cotton buds.

 

"How is BurnMyMood Vegan friendly?"

All the products on the website have not been tested on animals. Almost all products are plant based. It has taken many months to find an eco friendly and vegan friendly wax to create waxmelts and own brand candles, I have chosen Coconut & Rapeseed wax for this very reason. Until those are created, I have Soy wax candles. The brushes in the "ecofriendly toiletries" section are made with synthetic hair to avoid any use of animal hair.
